The inspection fee for a typical one-family house varies geographically, as does the cost of housing. Similarly, within a given area, the inspection fee may vary depending upon the size of the house, particular features of the house, its age, and possible additional services, such as septic, well, termites or radon testing. It is a good idea to check local prices on your own.
The knowledge gained from an inspection is well worth the cost, and the lowest-priced inspector is not necessarily a bargain. The inspector's qualifications, experience, training, and verification of an active license along with Error and Omissions insurance should be one of the most important considerations.

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Add 3% administration fee for credit/debit card payment.
Payment must be made in full before we can release the inspection report.
*Termite inspections are performed by a third party Certified Pest Control (WDI) Company and can be performed the same day for an additional cost. Please ask for details.
